Commercial Property Finance

Simon Harding and Finance New Zealand recently assisted me with commercial property finance for my commercial property located in Christchurch. I am most grateful for the financing advice and guidance Simon provided, the short term bridging finance solution was arranged within a very limited time frame. This was essential in order for me to complete the renovations required prior to being let to a new tenant.

Once the renovations were complete, the subsequent longer term mortgage arrangement Simon facilitated with a trading bank was on very satisfactory terms.  Finance New Zealand services have been very helpful and I would not hesitate to contact them again if needed in the future.
