Narelle Jakeway was instrumental in helping us purchase our ‘dream home’ in a very complicated property sale. We had a conditional offer on our new dream home whilst trying to sell our existing property which was complicated by nine years of court battles with the local council to obtain compliance.

Our accountant referred us to Narelle, Relationship Manager at Finance New Zealand Limited as our bank declined our request for bridging finance. Narelle looked at the bigger picture, thinking outside the box and managed to source funding to make the whole thing work.

Narelle was amazing throughout the whole process, communicating with us both, and our legal and accounting team - nothing was ever a problem.

Meeting Narelle was a godsend and we are so grateful for her assistance in helping us achieve a fresh start in our dream property - ‘The Argoed’. We have finally been able to move on and I can concentrate on running my beauty business and the B&B again. If it weren’t for Narelle we wouldn’t be here in this beautiful, historic home today!
