Cam began his career with Westpac, supporting the management of a large agribusiness portfolio. He then joined Rabobank, where he was responsible for a substantial portfolio of rural clients, delivering financial skills workshops and presenting at industry discussion groups. Most recently, Cam served as Head of Credit Analytics at MTF Finance, leading a team that managed the organisation’s overall credit risk exposure. His experience across banking, analytics, and credit risk has underpinned the expertise he now shares with clients at Finance New Zealand.
